Will casement windows hold up to the wind on our open Union lots?
That is actually where casements do their best work. The multi-point lock pulls the sash tight against the weatherstrip instead of just resting in a track, so the harder the wind pushes, the tighter the seal stays. Are casement windows better than double-hung?
