Gutters FAQs
There's barely any space between my Bellevue house and the next. Where does the downspout water go?
We run oversized downspouts to the front or back where there's room, then use extensions or splash blocks to carry the water past the foundation. On tight lots the point is getting roof water out of that narrow gap between houses, and a properly sized seamless gutter does exactly that.
What are seamless gutters?
Seamless gutters are formed from a single coil of aluminum, cut to the exact length of each section of roofline on-site. Because there are no mid-run seams, there are far fewer places to leak or clog.
Do I really need gutter guards?
If you have trees near the house, guards save you from cleaning gutters twice a year and prevent the clogs that cause overflow and foundation issues. They’re optional but most of our customers add them.
What size gutters should I get?
