Can you fit a wider patio door on my larger Kenwood home?
Often, yes. On many of the newer, larger Kenwood houses there's room to widen the opening for a bigger slider or a multi-panel French door. We check the header and load first, then size the door to the wall. On a straight swap, we set a new insulated unit into the existing opening.
Sliding or French patio doors — which should I choose?
Sliding doors save space since nothing swings into the room and maximize glass; French doors make a wider, more dramatic opening. It comes down to your room layout and look — we help you decide.
Are patio doors energy efficient?
