The wood siding on my Lockland home is rotting near the bottom. Can you fix that?
We handle it during the tear-off. Once the old siding is off, we inspect the sheathing and address any rot before the new panels go on, then lay a fresh moisture barrier. Vinyl does not rot in the damp valley air the way the original wood did, so the repair holds.
How long does vinyl siding last?
