Do sliding windows cut down traffic noise near the I-275 corridor in Springdale?
They help a lot. Most of the noise gets in through worn seals and single-pane glass. A new slider seals tight when locked, and the triple-pane Low-E glass with argon fill adds real mass against sound from the interchange and Springfield Pike.
Are sliding windows energy efficient?
