My Elsmere home is older and the front frame looks a little off-square. Can you still fit a storm door?
Yes. Older homes along the Dixie corridor rarely keep a perfectly square opening, and it is not a problem. We measure the actual entry frame and fit the storm door to it, then shim and seal it so it hangs level and closes tight. You get a snug fit even where the framing has drifted over the years.
